By working with locals over the years, we've successfully been able to educate them about the benefits of using natural growing practices - not only for the soil and wildlife but for one's health. Our long-term support has given them security and fair wages to help them assist their families and build their lives. And when the monsoons decide to rain on and in turn give our employees some free time, we're busy upskilling them to encourage their evolution into newer career roles.

GEETA
PACKAGING & ASSEMBLY ASSOCIATE
Always grinning happily, Geeta is a part of our all women team handling the packaging and assembling of our products. A homemaker at first, it has been 4 years since she joined Dream Farm, and now sincerely vouches for the increased sense of responsibility she has.
​
A mother of 2, she uses her income towards supporting her family's entire household expenditure. She wants to set an example for everyone around her and proudly voices her independence to all the women who join our team.
​
She Loves: The friendships she has cultivated at work and is often seen giggling around with her colleagues during their chai break.
DILIP
CULTIVATION EXPERT
Dilip has been working with Dream Farm since its inception. Born into a family with generations of farmers, his knowledge and skills in farming the good 'ol way are a true boon. He's always got an insight to share and is the primary protector of our soil.

But that's not all. From simply taking care of our farms, he now overlooks production and is a staple in our R&D team, helping us find new methods to improve our products and be kinder to the planet.
​
He Loves: Taking a stroll with his two furry canine companions, Rocky and Lucky, to inspect the soil and produce in our farms.
DINESH
ACCOUNT SUPERVISOR
Dinesh or 'Dada' (big brother) as his colleagues like to call him, began his career as a runner boy and is now an Account Supervisor at Dream Farm. Having worked with us for 8 years, he was initially a part of the packaging team but today, he looks into the day to day functioning and operations of some of our key accounts.
Tough as a tiger, he's risen above all his childhood hurdles, and is now building a house for his family and himself with his earnings.

He Loves: Travelling to new destinations, self-improving, and brainstorming for new ideas.
